I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, but the furniture was quite old and scratched, not what I'd expect from a 4-star hotel. The location was convenient, but the noise from the road and corridors was a bit of a downside.

The service was a bit hit or miss. The desk clerk went out of their way to help us see a show, but other staff members were less than courteous and not very helpful.

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the city center near the high street. However, it was a bit tricky to find, even with a Sat Nav.
